So happy I found this place using Google maps ! I thought I was going to lose all of my photos I had over 18,000 photos and 6,000 videos on my phone when it suddenly went black screen and nothing would turn on. The Apple logo would flash once and that’s it. So I brought my phone in after the first phone repair store on Fletcher Av E (I won’t mention their store name) said they could do nothing for me and the phone was no longer good and I should go to the Apple store mind you this is a 12 pro max I wasn’t just going to toss it out! Brought my phone in and the owner figured out the phone’s problem within a day and had it back to me the same week with all my photos and videos :) which is what everyone cares about right?! Trust GizmoPros! I’m convinced they can fix anything lol ~ Shay R

Dropped my Ipad and turns out I fried my LCD screen. Everywhere was charging me 40 for a diagnostic and 200+ to replace it. I called the guy said he would run the diagnostic free and said no appointments required! I rushed over and he instantly checked it and told me it was my lcd and offered 150 to fix it since the part was expensive. Genuinely It was such a great experience the two workers there were so nice the guy at the front desk made me laugh since I was genuinely in a bad mood that day. I got it fixed within an hour and I went through my entire ipad and found nothing touched or changed and they even showed me my broke lcd and explained what happened to it! What a great experience I must start off by saying. I took my iPhone 7 Plus to get fixed. My phone got slammed in between the car door and the base of the vehicle and my lCD screen was severely damaged to the point that my phone was bent. I was worried about it costing an arm and a leg to get fixed. But I went in my phone was looked at I was told that my screen can be replaced and also the motherboard would have to be replaced in order to have my phone looking back to the way it was (Once again my phone was bent). I was told to give two hours for this to be fixed and I received a call right before the two hour mark! When I went in my phone was working perfectly once again and back in tiptop shape. My son dropped his iPhone X by accident on floor and the screen got shattered very badly. Dropped the phone to have screen replaced, once Mahmud quoted the charges at 10.45am yesterday, Got phone call from him at 3.45pm saying screen is replaced, phone is checked and ready to be picked up. Would give 10 stars if I could. Fair and honest pricing and knowledgeable repairs. I brought my iPhone XS Max that had a cracked screen and water damage from Adventure Island causing it to get stuck in a reboot loop. Brought it to Best Buy, they are Apple approved repair center, and they said because of the water damage it’s not repairable. Complete replacement $600. And that’s a refurbished phone. Gizmo Pros fixed my phone for half that. Which included a new screen, cleaning of all the connections from water damage, and a new charging port. GizmoPros is the best. Period. ~ Michael T

First time coming here and we will definitely be coming back in the future if we have any problems with our electronics! The man that fixed my husband's phone said it was tricky because it was the newer Google pixel 7a, and it did take a little over 3 hours but he was very knowledgeable and informed us why, which we understand. Gave us time updates and even the weekend before we had to reschedule he added a 10% discount for the trouble. So very accommodating and super friendly! I highly recommend this place! ~ Ashley P

I found them on eBay. They are local to my area and called them. Moe gave me a very fair price over the phone to repair my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I came to the store and Mahmoud assisted me and did an exceptional job on repairing the back glass. I had it repaired previously from a different shop and I immediately could tell when Mahmoud Handed me back my cell phone that this time the craftsmanship and workmanship of the labor he had done was excellent. Mahmud did a beautiful & timely repair of my Galaxy S20. The screen was damaged & needed to be replaced. Made an appointment for service on the website. Cost of service was listed on the site, so no surprises. Replacement screen was in stock. Also replaced casing on the back, also in stock. Whole repair took 90 minutes & called me for p/up when ready. Open until 8pm & located inside Meadow Pointe. Convenient location, excellent work & attentive customer service. I was having an issue with charging my MacBook Air computer. Liquid had previously spilled on the computer, so I replaced the battery but the new battery was not charging. I took the computer to GizmoPros and within a day the issue was diagnosed, the poor internal connection was repaired, and the new battery was fully charged. The cost of the repair was significantly cheaper than the quote I received from the Apple Store and there has been no issues with the computer since the repair about 6 months ago. ~ Johnny C

I came in there for a new phone over the holidays. I was shown the exact phone I wanted, I thought I could find a better deal so I left. I went to a few other spots and couldn’t get the same price. Fast forward now I’m back in NY and the same phone is $350- $500 more. Moral of the story: this store had the best deal on the east coast lol and I lost out. For that I leave 5 stars because I regret not buying the phone here. Next time I’m down there I will be shopping with them. ~ Draii R

I definitely recommend this place for any repairs needed. Davin was super nice and helpful, and it only took them less than 2 hours to fix my cracked screen and repair the LCD screen of my iPhone 11. They offer great deals and even threw in a free screen protector for me because the technician was running a little late. My phone came out looking 100 times better compared to when I first got it. This guy is just amazing! My cellphone Samsung Galaxy S9 was ran over a few cars. I thought it would be impossible to fix. But, this guy is magician! Excellent price and service. as a gamer, I was really scared to leave my PlayStation 5 there to be fixed, but not only was it fixed, it was cleaned, and it's basically a new system, the owner has jokes too he's funny as hell. he can fix just about anything but he's very humble about it. if you want your stuff fixed right I suggest going to Gizmo Pros. my wife and I drove past hundreds of electronic stores, and it was worth the trip believe me. ~ The N

I have used them for screen protectors, iPhone repair and Apple Watch repairs. Each time they are super helpful, have the best prices and great team. My daughter’s watch broke, which they worked on and we thought was fixed. Couple weeks later issues started again, but it was caused by something different. The service was excellent. My phone stopped charging and the cord seemed loose when I plugged it in to charge. I was informed of the price upfront, which was very reasonable. When I returned I was told nothing was broken and they just needed to clean the charging area. Price was adjusted accordingly. I appreciated the honesty, quality of work and efficiency. I've been meaning to drop this review! Mahmud (please pardon if spelt incorrectly) was awesome. He was very courteous over the phone and in person. My galaxy 9 needed a new usb-c port. The fix went extremely fast and it has worked like a charm ever since. Additionally he performed various diagnostic tests with me (some of them required the owner present) to ensure quality.
